Tracy’s business journey began in the 1990s when she was part-owner and manager of a successful insurance brokerage. She learned the art of balancing growth, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance — even helping guide the company as it went public on the TSX and NASDAQ.

After selling her shares and looking for a new challenge, Tracy became a Mortgage Broker and later an Accredited Mortgage Professional. Today, with The Mortgage Centre, she combines her business acumen with genuine care, offering honest advice and smart mortgage solutions tailored to each client. It’s that highly personalized support that clients highly value.

Tracy also gives back to her community as the Coordinator of the Suicide Prevention Community Council of Hamilton and co-organizer of Running for Rachael, a 5K walk/run held the last Sunday in September in support of the Roots of Hope Suicide Prevention & Life Promotion Program in Hamilton.
